Hi! I'm Flor H. Yosef, the mind behind Florecerte Consciente, where I help you connect with your most authentic self, achieve mental and emotional well-being, ground your ideas, map out strategies to reach your goals, and live a more aligned and fulfilling life.
Growth, whether personal or professional, begins with intention, self-awareness, and critical thinking. Throughout the years, I have had the privilege of playing multiple roles, always guided by these pillars that are fundamental to me.
My journey in the world of entrepreneurship began in the family business, and later I co-founded a digital marketing agency, where I learned and honed my skills in marketing, branding, and strategic content. What I'm most passionate about is helping entrepreneurs ground their ideas, structure their strategies, and see how everything comes to life.
In 2016, I decided to delve deeper into a path that, in some ways, had always seemed natural to me and that I'm also passionate about: supporting others in their growth, which begins with self-knowledge. I studied Coaching and Personal Leadership at the University of Barcelona, but it was my own life experience that gave me the most valuable lessons.
I've been through profound changes like moving to another country twice, navigating grief over the loss of three loved ones, getting married, divorced, and remarried, changing religions, and perhaps the most transformative and important of all, becoming a mother after 40. Throughout these processes, I've come to realize that what has truly allowed me to transcend each change in a positive way has been self-awareness, critical thinking, and my relentless curiosity to learn new things and reinvent myself.
This is why, at Florecerte Consciente, my mission is to accompany individuals and entrepreneurs on their journey of self-discovery and personal growth, helping them develop a clearer vision of themselves and their projects, so that they can flourish with authenticity and purpose.
